Mr. Reiner Weber, who founded the company in 1984, is deeply convinced that a successful cooperation is dependent on both a human component and on the same degree the right skillset. Since then the company continuously evolved. In the beginning of the 90s Mr. Andreas Schmidt partnered up followed by Benedikt Weber in the beginning of 2016 as the latest member of the managing board.
